Winter Drop-In Runs

Before the start of each training block we offer drop-in runs for you to test the waters (*cough* streets of Toronto) and see if our team would be the right fit for you.

There are many pace groups and if you are not sure which group to run with, we can help.  

Thursday Tempo Run - 6:30pm

Sunday Long Run - 9:00am (8:30am in the Summer/Fall)
