A running assessment using Sidas technology includes an analysis of your foot strike patterns, cadence, mobility, running shoes, and gait.
Bring your typical running shoes, shorts, sports bra and/or whatever you are comfortable running in for 15-20 minutes. Given the current pandemic, please be aware that you will be asked to wear a mask during the assessment.
Typically our staff will ask you to do a ~500m jog outside to create a full picture of your running patterns.
Assessments are 20-30 minutes and cost $20 per appointment.
