10K Training Program

8 Week Program with the goal of running a 10K

Running 5k comfortably and would like to take it up a notch? Would you like to run a little further? Get a little faster? 

Join our 10K training group and run with our coach Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Limited membership due to social distancing measures. Train for a 10K safely!

 

$99 + HST

Schedule, starting the week of September 2nd:

Wednesday at 6:15 PM 

Saturdays at 9:00 AM 

Meet and leave from the parkette across the street from the shop.
