21K Training Program

8 Week Program with the goal of running a 21K 

Looking for some motivation to get your miles in? Come and train with us to build for our club half-marathon on September 13th.

Join our 21K training group and receive personalized coaching. Limited membership due to social distancing measures. Train for a 21K safely!


$99 + HST

Schedule, starting the week of September 3rd:

Thursday at 6:30 PM 

Sundays at 8:30 AM 

Meet and leave from the parkette across the street from the shop.
