2018 Winter/Spring Membership
Dates: Dec 14, 2017-June 21, 2018
This membership allows you to train with The Runners Shop year round while working with our coach to receive 26 weeks of personalized programming during the Winter/Spring training block.
Great if you're training for a spring race like Around the Bay, Boston, the Toronto Goodlife series or anything in between!
Set individual fitness goals directly with coach Timo, based on your runner profile evaluation. Goal races could vary from 5km, 10km, half-marathon, marathon, or any other distance.
This membership includes personalized winter/spring training programs, year-long club membership, TRS singlet, on-site coaching, and group training runs with The Runners Shop.
$200 + HST
Schedule: Tuesday 7:00am & Saturday 8:00am [casual]. Thursday 6:30pm & Sunday 8:30am (9:30 during winter) [training runs]. Meet and leave from the shop.
Upon ordering you will receive an email with a registration link for the runner profile evaluation. Please complete and return the form to finalize your registration.
