Annual TRS Club Memberships Options
Dates: renews every summer or winter, yearly.
This membership allows you to train with The Runners Shop year round.
There are three pricing and coaching options for this yearly club membership:
Non-coached club memberships allow you to run with our club without receiving specific programming towards your personal goals. Easy, breezy, non-coached TRS membership.
Half-year coaching is for the Winter/Spring training blocks or Summer/Fall training blocks.
Full-year coaching is the best bang for your buck if you intend on running throughout the year and have some specific running goals that you're working towards (whether it's running a 5 or 10k safely and healthy, or crushing a new PB).
Train for a specific race or set individual fitness goals directly with our coach, based on your runner profile evaluation. Goal races could vary from 5km, 10km, half-marathon, marathon, or any other distance.
Schedule (no group runs currently - virtual coaching only):
Thursday 6:30 PM & Sunday 8:30 AM (9:00 during winter/spring) [training runs]
Saturday 9:00 AM [casual]
