This membership allows you to train with The Runners Shop year round while working with our coach to receive 26 weeks of personalized programming during either training block.
Train for your spring or fall goal races.
Set individual fitness goals directly with our coach, based on your runner profile evaluation. Goal races could vary from 5km, 10km, half-marathon, marathon, or any other distance.
This membership includes personalized 26 week training programs, year-long club membership, TRS singlet, on-site coaching, and group training runs with The Runners Shop.
$200 + HST
Schedule: Saturday 8:00am [casual]. Thursday 6:30pm & Sunday 8:30am (9:00 during winter) [training runs]. Meet and leave from the shop.
