WHY JOIN A RUN CLUB?

A run club usually wears a lot of different hats. It's a place to make new friends and push your limits. It's a place where you will find inspiration, guidance, encouragement and most importantly, community.

At TRS we welcome you to join us for the run, whatever your reasons. Whether you're looking to train for a half or full marathon, or you just need a reason to get up and out the door on a Saturday morning we've got ya. Come join us!

Run Times

Saturday 8:30 a.m.

FREE 5-6k This is a relaxed social run. The pace is between 5:30 and 6:30 per km. We typically go for coffee after the run and socialize even more! Super friendly and chill. You can just drop in or let us know you are coming by signing up for our FREE Six Star Journey here.

Sunday 8:30 a.m.

Our FREE Sunday long runs are back!! Planning a half or full marathon in the spring? Come and run with us! We have pacers for everything from 4:45 km to 6:30 km. Our "Free Six Star Journey" gives you weekly chances to win prizes, so don't miss out on that. Distances change weekly depending on the marathon training program. and shorter options will always be worked in for our half marathoners. Thursdays 6:30 p.m.

This run is part of our paid coached program and is designed to build speed, endurance and confidence. It typically consists of a 6k warm up run, 4-5 k of speedwork and then a 2k cooldown.
