The SONICBLAST™ 2 offers a lighter and more energetic ride that makes it functional for tempo runs and your daily training.

The midsole features a two-layered foam with FF BLAST™ MAX cushioning, FF TURBO™ SQUARED cushioning, and an FF TURBO™ SQUARED trampoline pod. These features help to create a lightweight and bouncy running experience with advanced impact absorption.

Additionally, the ASTROPLATE™ technology is modified with a forked shape. This helps to propel your momentum forward, creating a faster feel underfoot.

• Lightweight, breathable engineered mesh material helps reduce the need for additional overlays.

MIDSOLE

• Top loaded with FF BLAST™ MAX an energetic foam that’s complemented with cloud-like softness and a responsive energy return in each step.

• FF TURBO™ SQUARED foam is approximately 32.5% bouncier than the original FF TURBO™ foam, based on testing at the ASICS Institute of Sport Science.
• FF TURBO™ SQUARED trampoline pod in the forefoot that helps amplify the bounce experience.
