Our Coaches
Roger Moss -Head Coach- We just call him Boss Moss.
A long-time runner and holder of a 2:43 marathon PB, Roger is a student of great coaching methods. He has been Head Coach at The Runners Shop since 2018, and is constantly thinking about how to help runners achieve their very best.
His belief in consistent training, injury prevention, and proper pacing has led to steady gains for hundreds of athletes.
A geologist by day, Roger has the unusual ability to not only prescribe hills into his training programs, but he can also tell you all about how they were formed, how long they've been there, and their geological makeup.
